🍋自从搬到城市谋生后，快速的节奏总令我吃不消，我常常问自己，我后悔了吗？我还可以逃离这个城市回归大自然独自生活吗 ？
I looked up the sky and shouted: 😱 “I really can’t take it anymore!”
🍋Since I moved to the city, the one thing I hated about the place was the fast-paced lifestyle. I often ponder on myself with these questions. Do I regret over the decision of moving? When can I ever escape the hectic city lifestyle and return back to the natural harmonic lifestyle?
🍋为了生存，每天忙碌地工作，盲目地度过每一天，换取的回报却是一身的病痛。 便泌，头痛，失眠，皮肤干燥，缺乏胃口，情绪低落。。。这些城市疾病好像缠上我了，搞得我浑身不舒服，很不对劲。
🍋To earn a living, every single was very stressful, I had to work restlessly daily. In exchange, I suffer various sicknesses such as constipation, headache, insomnia, dry skin, lack of appetite, depression and etc.
🍋既然没法子长期放下工作，我不得不放自己几天的假期，拿起背包，来一场说走就走的旅行。这一次我打算走进大自然，释放体内的负能量，找回初衷的那份《劲》。
🍋These pain was really bothering me, it made me very uncomfortable and unease.
Initially, I wanted to long break off from work but my company would not allow it. I knew I really needed a sometime to unwind myself, so I still insisted for a few day leaves, packed my backpack and headed for a vacation. I was looking forward to trip in nature, where I could release all my negativity and absorb the positivity by seeking peace in mind.
🍋I switched off my phone, walked into Mother Nature. Without any perception, I came across a farm. I was fascinated by the local scenery; I decided to stay here for a few days.
🍋Soon… I went into the hut with an intention of looking for someone to ask if there is any nearby neighbourhood. As I entered the hut, it was filled with the fresh 🍋 lemon smell, but not a piece of lemon was to be found. That very moment, I was very curious where is the source of that pleasant smell?
🍋Suddenly a door in the house opened, out came an amiable young man, with a smile and asked: “Miss, what can I help you?” It turned out that the young man is the gardener here, he said: “There is no neighbourhood nearby.” He was very generous to accommodate me in this cottage, with the proviso to help him care for the hut. I thanked him for his kind generosity.
🍋After I unpacked my luggage, I venture to question the young man about the source of the Lemon scent? He brought me into a small cabin, I found out a room filled with a Lemon-based health drink.
